State Grid Shanghai Electric Power actively pays attention to the power grid hotspots that occurred during last year's peak load, and has included 40 projects with peak demand in the main power grid as precise control measures for this year's peak summer project. As of now, 33 projects have been completed, and it is expected to be completed by the end of June. At the same time, we will complete the annual maintenance of ultra-high voltage Liantang Station, Fengxian, Huaxin, Fengjing Converter Station, and transmission lines with high quality, and promote special maintenance and governance work such as the renovation of Ge'nan DC; We have completed the renovation of 127 switch stations with dual power sources and supporting facilities, and managed 33 lines and 116 heavy overload stations. This has effectively improved the external power consumption capacity of Shanghai and the power receiving capacity of the central urban area, and also effectively alleviated the power supply difficulties in local areas.
In response to the meteorological characteristics of slightly more precipitation, slightly more hot days, and greater impact of typhoons this summer, State Grid Shanghai Electric Power has solidly carried out special inspections and comprehensive rectification for flood prevention, carried out special inspections for low-lying substations and underground distribution stations, eliminated 266 key hidden dangers, and made every effort to prepare for flood prevention and typhoon response; We will carry out special measures to address potential hazards of floating objects, pruning 329000 ultra-high green plants, reinforcing 137 simple greenhouses, and covering 238000 square meters. We will continue to strengthen the safety training of 173 power emergency repair stations and personnel, reserve more than 5000 pieces of 19 types of flood control emergency supplies such as water pumps and sandbags, and implement 46 large power generation vehicles and more than 860 various types of pump machines.
In order to fully provide customer service during the peak summer season, State Grid Shanghai Electric Power cooperates with the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology to develop a load management plan in full.
