Shanghai medical staff reading series launched
How many book writers and book lovers are there among medical workers? On May 17, a series of reading activities for Shanghai medical employees with the theme of "Books on the Road to Medicine" was launched in the East Branch of Shanghai Library.
During the event, through a combination of online and offline methods, we will carry out applications for new staff bookstores, collection of wish lists, storyteller competitions, visits to century-old hospital buildings and hospital history museums, collection of original poetry, calligraphy and painting, and photography, and demonstrations of reading activities. Ten series of activities including project solicitation will give full play to the demonstration and driving effect of excellent reading projects, gather the power of upward, good and beautiful reading, and promote the construction of scholarly medical and learning organizations.
Luo Meng, deputy director of the Municipal Health Commission and chairman of the Municipal Medical Union, introduced that the city’s health system organized a series of reading activities for medical employees called “Books on the Medical Road”, hoping to actively create an atmosphere of loving reading, reading good books, and being good at reading in the industry. , guide medical workers to read in depth, and continuously improve the civilized quality of medical workers.
