He also told the herdsmen that if early symptoms appear, timely treatment should be given, and non steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs such as celecoxib can be used for treatment. Combined with local physical therapy, improving blood circulation around the joints and joint fluid circulation within the joints can accelerate inflammation resolution, resulting in better treatment outcomes.

It is reported that since 2010, Shanghai has been providing targeted support to the Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai. According to the principle of combining "central requirements, Guoluo needs, and Shanghai's capabilities", the Shanghai Municipal Health Commission has arranged for 6 districts including Huangpu, Changning, Hongkou, Jiading, Songjiang, and Qingpu to provide targeted assistance to 6 counties including Maduo, Gande, Maqin, Jiuzhi, Banma, and Dari. They have carried out comprehensive targeted assistance in talent cultivation, discipline construction, hospital management, public health, and other fields. They have sent 4 batches of 41 experts to Guoluo Prefecture to carry out long-term "group style" assistance work. A total of more than 18000 medical personnel have been trained in Guoluo, Qinghai, and more than 710 medical backbone have been received for further training in Shanghai. Remote assistance has been carried out. More than 520 medical consultations and over 160 remote case discussions have been conducted.
