On July 15, China Maritime Inspection Industry Group and Malaysia Holley University held a cooperation signing ceremony in Shanghai on the "the Belt and Road" cultural and educational investment project. The two sides have reached cooperation intentions on China Maritime Inspection Industry Group's participation in investing in the global campus of Malaysia and the construction of a global "harmony" research center, as well as innovative education projects such as EMBA and EDBA in business, the landing of a global MBA club and a global business industry alliance, and the launch of a global "harmony" economic forum.
