The report shows that the average one-way commuting time in major cities in China is 36 minutes, which is the same as the previous year. Among them, the average time for mega cities is 40 minutes, 36 minutes for mega cities, 34 minutes for Type I cities, and 32 minutes for Type II cities. The average one-way travel time in Beijing is 47 minutes, making it the city with the longest commuting time. The one-way commuting time between Shanghai, Chongqing, and Qingdao exceeds 40 minutes. This is also the first time Qingdao has surpassed 40 minutes. This year's report paid special attention to the commuting issues of new professionals in the workplace. Among the 16 cities with the highest increase in college graduates, the average commuting distance for new professionals under the age of 25 is generally longer, which is 5 percentage points higher than the city average. The average commuting distance for new professionals in Shanghai and Chongqing exceeds 10 kilometers, while the longest distance in Beijing reaches 12.1 kilometers.
Suggestions to lower the legal age of marriage have emerged in various regions

Recently, the Hunan Provincial Health Commission responded to a suggestion from a member of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to lower the age of marriage.

Among them, regarding the suggestion to reduce the age of marriage, the Provincial Health Commission replied, "According to Article 1047 of the Civil Code, the age of marriage for men shall not be earlier than 22 years old, and for women shall not be earlier than 20 years old.
