The opening performance season of the Waigaoqiao Cultural and Art Center, "Art is not far and wide, there is music from the neighbors," kicked off on June 3rd. Located at 3207 Zhangyang North Road in Pudong New Area, adjacent to the Zhouhai Road station of Metro Line 6, the Waigaoqiao Cultural and Art Center has three theaters: "one large and two small", with 845, 110, and 107 theaters respectively. The architectural design takes the unique "container stacking" of international airports and seaports as its imagery, with the main body resembling a ship loaded with containers and surface grooves resembling splashing waves, creating a simple and refined design.

From June 3rd to September 29th, the performance season brings together 12 high-quality and popular performances from home and abroad, totaling 17 performances, covering various types of performances such as musicals, stage plays, plays, parent-child dramas, jazz, classical music, and cross-border integration. The opening performance season of Waigaoqiao Cultural and Art Center includes four major units: "Boundless Art, Happy Drama, Happy Family, and New Generation".

The "Art Without Boundaries" unit introduces international art masterpieces, promotes cultural exchange, and encourages diverse integration and fun innovation.
