In the afternoon of July 31, the New Era, New Journey, New Departure - the series of activities of the "New Literature and Art" creation and performance of the Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles was held in the Shanghai Literature and Art Hall. The new ensemble "I and My Motherland" performed by young performers Feng Yuyang, Qiu Ben, Hua Nachen, and Feng Anbang kicked off the performance. The intermediate professional title evaluation work for the art series of social and cultural workers in Shanghai, launched in 2022, provides a certification platform for the professional level and ability literacy of new cultural and artistic workers. At the end of June this year, the first evaluation work was completed, and 192 social and cultural workers were awarded intermediate professional titles.
This year, the Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles has launched the creation and evaluation of the "Two New Literary and Art" Cluster Practice Base. Baoshan Smart Bay, Songjiang Yunjian Granary, Putuo M50 Creative Park, Xuhui M+Heishi Music Street, and Jiading Jiangshang Bridge Cultural Park have been awarded the first batch of cluster practice base titles.
The series of activities for the creation and performance of the "Two Innovations in Literature and Art" are a showcase and report of the talents of the "Two Innovations in Literature and Art", with the participation of many social and artistic workers who have obtained intermediate professional titles. 28 intermediate title holders in the field of art and calligraphy extracted creative themes from red culture and created about 70 painting and calligraphy works, which were presented at the Intermediate Title Winners Art and Calligraphy Works Exhibition of the Municipal Federation of Literary and Art Circles' "Literary and Art New" Creative Evaluation Exhibition Series.
Literary and artistic volunteer service is the practice and lever for literary and artistic workers to go deep into the grassroots, serve the people, and lead the trend. Social literary and artistic workers who have obtained intermediate professional titles have expressed a strong willingness to participate in literary and artistic volunteer services. At the event, Ao Changsheng, Vice Chairman and Singer of Shanghai New Art Federation, led intermediate title winners to issue a pledge of voluntary service for cultural and artistic workers in the new era. The certification ceremony for the intermediate professional title certificate of the Shanghai Social and Artistic Workers Art Series and the plaque awarding ceremony for the Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles "Two New" gathering area were also held on-site.
