In class, a young guide from the Baoshan International Folk Expo in Shanghai performed and shared multiple interesting stories about the history and skills of Baoshan's local intangible cultural heritage, allowing children to intuitively experience the charm of folk art in the classroom. Subsequently, interactive games, knowledge quizzes, and handmade crafts on site sparked a strong interest in intangible cultural heritage among children. I want to use my vacation to learn and try them out."
It is understood that in response to the two sessions of the Love Summer Kindergarten in July and August, Baoshan District Cultural and Tourism Bureau has leveraged the aesthetic education functions of professional cultural and artistic venues to launch and plan a series of 13 social aesthetic education courses, covering intangible cultural heritage aesthetic education, Shanghai opera experience, creative design, literary masters lecture halls, ceramic art production, etc. 75 teaching courses will be carried out successively, achieving full coverage of 1400 students in 12 streets and towns, 17 class centers, and two summer daycare classes. Inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, such as Wusong dough sculpture, Cai's Paper Cuttings, Luodian lantern, Yuepu bamboo weaving, will come to the classroom one after another to communicate with students face to face and guide them hand in hand.
Since March this year, the first batch of 10 "Social Art Education" research bases and 10 "Social Art Education" promotion schools in Baobao Mountain have carried out nearly 200 high-quality public welfare art popularization education activities.
