The Baoshan Citizen Art Self cultivation Guidance Program summer class has recently successfully concluded.

Since the summer, the Baoshan Citizen Art Self cultivation Guide has shifted from serving all age groups to focusing on youth art education work. It has partnered with Baoshan's "Social Art Education Growth Plan" and "Love Summer Care Class" brands to deliver 24 courses based on the interests of children in different grades, allowing traditional Chinese culture to continuously nourish their growth.

At the special exhibition, the students showcased the achievements of "learning something" through exciting programs. The students who participated in the "How Many People Dance" tour wore bun hair and elegant clothing in the dance "Little Wonder Boy", becoming gentle and refined young scholars. "The art classes taught by the tour were very interesting, allowing us to read ancient poetry and learn dance steps with new friends, and understand our own traditional culture.". The "Little Folk Orchestra" emerged during the guidance course of "Folk Music Classroom", and under the guidance of teachers, they performed joyful music on site. Although not professional, it is not difficult to see from the smiles of children that confidence and cooperation have become their main theme.

In 2016, Baoshan took the lead in launching the "Citizen Art Self cultivation and Appreciation Program", which classified literature, music, dance, architecture, art, drama, and film into seven major art categories, and established a library of 100 renowned teachers. Art guidance was delivered to the people, and more than 600 offline guidance lectures and sharing activities have been carried out so far. It has been awarded the "Shanghai Public Culture Construction Innovation Project" and "Shanghai Citizen Self cultivation Action Characteristic Project". Ms. Wang, who lives in Wusong, said, "In the past, most of the courses I attended were for my peers. This time, in the summer daycare class, my child also experienced the guided class. Seeing their performance at the exhibition, I was really moved. The beauty of art is around us all, and I believe this summer will be warm and unforgettable for the children."

The person in charge of the event introduced that excellent programs selected through the guided program will have the opportunity to directly advance to the "Baoshan Star Stage", participate in more cultural exhibition activities, and showcase on larger and more professional stages. The Baoshan District Cultural Museum will actively respond to the "Weekend Art Education Classroom" planned by the Shanghai Mass Art Museum Headquarters, continuously deepen the "Baoshan Social Art Education Plan", continuously explore and optimize guidance courses, guide and participate in youth art training, and nourish more people with the breath and concept of beauty.
